Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but some minor issues like missing towel racks and faulty scales were a bit inconvenient. On the bright side, the living areas were beautifully designed with granite and stainless steel finishes. Unfortunately, breakfast was not an option, and the dining experience could have been improved. However, having a full kitchen with high-end appliances was a bonus. Overall, a comfortable stay marred by a few hiccups.
This hotel had a unique design with rooms located down a long, sterile, monochromatic hallway. The rooms were well stocked with a full kitchen and two bathrooms, offering comfortable beds and charming fireplaces. However, the hallway design might not appeal to everyone, and the rooms were a bit pricy.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms offered a gorgeous view of the pool and mountains, and although they had a luxurious feel, they were a bit dated. They were very clean, although not sparkling. The location was incredibly scenic, with beautiful surroundings and lovely evening s'mores by the pool. Being across the street from a gondola that takes you to the ski area was so convenient. The service was top-notch, always pleasant and welcoming, with the staff willing to go above and beyond to assist. Dining was a highlight for me, with delicious hash browns that were my favorite. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a few tiny drawbacks.
